Sheehan & Associates is a Family Practice with offices in Dublin and Wicklow. Our clients are based throughout the 26 counties. We believe in a personal service and as such once you become a client you will always deal with the same person. Our Dublin office is headed up by Jimmy Sheehan and the Wicklow office is run by Noel Sheehan.
Noel Sheehan
Noel is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ireland. He is a Taxation Professional and holds Diplomas in Marketing & Systems Analysis.
His career spans practice, industry, finance, construction, retail, hospitality. He has dealt with a broad range of clients in many sectors including farming, engineering, construction & allied trades, manufacturing, leisure, service, IT, retail, Professionals (Doctors, dentists, solicitors, architects, engineers etc.), not for profit organizations, charitable institutions to name but a few.
He is also a successful lecturer having lectured for National College of Ireland (taxation & accounting), the Institute of Chartered Accountants (Auditing & Taxation), the Accounting Technicians Ireland (Accounting, Taxation & business development Incorporating Marketing) and American College Dublin (Entrepreneurship, business start up & development).
He has a wealth of experience across the board from business start up, development, promotion, wealth and tax planning & management through to retirement and estate planning. Noel also has experience with mediation, bankruptcies, insolvencies, business rescue, receiverships & liquidations.

Jimmy Sheehan
Jimmy is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants (CPA) and Accounting Technicians Ireland. He has a broad range of experience having worked both in the industry sector and in a practice environment. Industry experience allows him to understand where you, the business owner, is coming from while his Practice experience ensures you are always fully compliant with both your tax and legal obligations.
Jimmy conducts finance clinics for entrepreneurs who are starting new businesses in the HPSU (High Potential Start-Up) industries. He also delivers Tax and Business seminars to the Defence Forces.
Jimmy’s success, and his clients success in business is down to his straight talking no-nonsense approach in his dealings with clients. His technical understanding of the Irish Tax System ensures tax efficiency for his clients.
