Fixed Fees

Whenever possible in advance of starting any work for you, it is our policy to discuss and agree a fixed fees, so that you know where you stand. No surprises or hidden fees. We review our fees every year to make sure they reflect the work we do. This means we will reduce fees if it is the right thing to do.

Accountants normally use time based billing to charge fees which can reward them for being slow! Do you think this is fair? We do not.

At Sheehan & Associates we realise the importance of business owners having accurate up to date financial information. It's important that YOU know how YOUR BUSINESS is performing. We are also aware of the ever increasing need to keep overheads to a minimum.

As such we offer a monthly fee payment structure for your business. With this service we become your "accounts department" and look after your bookkeeping, your VAT, Payroll and dealing with the Revenue. The fee also includes your Year-End Accounts and Tax Return so there's no lump-sum to pay at year end.

The best thing about this service is you can be anywhere in the country as it's all done by post and email - though we are always available if you'd like to meet us in person. You put everything in an envelope once a month and we look after the rest.
